Item 1 - Change of mind*
We are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement under our return policy if you change your mind.
Item 2 - Major problem
If an item suffers from a major problem, you can opt for a refund or exchange. A major problem is classified as when the item:
- has a defect that would have deterred someone from purchasing it if they had known beforehand.
- poses a safety risk.
- significantly differs from the sample or description.
- fails to perform as we claimed or as you requested and cannot be easily remedied.
Alternatively, you may choose to retain the item, and we will compensate for any decrease in its value.
Item 3 - Not Major
If the issue is not deemed major, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. Should it not be repaired in that time, you can select a refund or replacement.
Please retain your proof of purchase, such as your receipt or our invoice.

We strive to provide an accurate representation of the actual print/kit on our website. If, upon receiving the kit, you find it does not meet your expectations, our refund policy allows for a full refund or exchange as long as the kit is returned to us in resaleable condition. The packaging must remain unopened for a refund or exchange to be applicable regarding change of mind.
