Our site is governed by Australian Consumer Law in relation to consumer rights.

For a Refund or Return the following applies:-

Item 1 – Change of mind
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. 

Item 2 – Major problem
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.  A major problem is deemed when the item:-

·         has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.

·         is unsafe.

·         is significantly different from the sample or description.

·         doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can not be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

Item 3 – Not Major
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.  If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase e.g. your receipt or our invoice.

Further to Item 1 – Change of mind
We endeavour to provide a fair representation of the actual print on our website. If upon receipt of the kit you find it does not live up to your expectations we will provide a refund or exchange of the full purchase price as long as the kit is returned to us in resale-able condition.  Packaging must not be opened for a refund or exchange to be applicable in relation to change of mind.
